Hello,
I've been trying to find any information on modding or code hacking or whatever can be done so that my Pioneer will play RF or PAL discs. I don't want to have to buy two players, but I do want to be able to purchase PAL discs from the UK and to play Japanese discs and European VCD's. And I don't really want to have to buy an expensive chip or anything either. I've heard good things about the Daewoo 5700 being able to be modified easily, and the price is certainly good--$100, but since I'm going to be buying the Pioneer anyway as it's on sale, and I'd rather see if it's possible to be modded before I think about purchasing the Daewoo.
Can anyone help or direct me to where to find such information? Thanks! :D
Chris
