Unsuccessful conversion from .mov to DVD

Hello there:
I was trying to convert a .mov file to DVD, but now I've got five files:

.mov.ff.mpg
.mov.ff.mpg.xml
.mov.ff.mpg.s.mpg
.mov.ff.ac3
.mov.ff.m2v

What I'm doing the wrong way?

Did you include subtitles in your conversion? If so, what format?
If something went wrong with the subtitle conversion, the process may have been stopped prematurely.

Keep the .mov.ff.mpg file for now. The others are temporary files, which may be deleted at this point.

No, no subtitles, this is a small .mov file, because I'm using it as a test for some problems I'm having converting TS to DVD, but that's another history.

Hmm, I thought ffmpegX only created an .ff.mpg.s.mpg file for subtitles...

Please try converting again, then post the log here. You may access the log by clicking the blue "i" in the ffmpegX Progress window. A new window Process Information should pop up. This is the log, containing information on what ffmpegX was trying to do and why it failed to complete.

This is weird, this time I've got:

.mov.ff.ac3
.mov.ff.mpg
.mov.ff.m2v

But also the correct folder:

.mov.ff.mpg.DVD

Not the best quality, and with some speed issues, but that's another story too.
