Whe I try to convert some .mov movies to mpeg I get an error message saying "Illegal floating decimal point error"
How can I fix this problem?

Try instead convert with radtools or use the mov2avi gui and convert to avi and then to mpeg

I did! I`ve converted the .mov-File to .avi using RADtools (Divx 4.12).
But when I the tried to convert this .avi-File to Mpeg using TMPGenc I get only Audio, no Video!
