    I am currently exporting some footage from After Effects for use in Flash. I need to render my footage as video (lossless) but when I go to compression setting I don't have the option. I am working from a book and in the picture there it shows codecs like sorenson, video and planar. I have none of these codecs available. I am using After Effects cs3.
