I have had an issue for some time with my desktop computer running Vista64. If I create a d2v index file from a MPEG2 video and attempt to open an avs file referencing that index in virtualdub, it get no video (either green screen or black). If I take this same avs file and open with virtualdubmod, then it opens fine. I haven't really tried to get to the bottom of this since it doesn't happen on my XP laptop (opens fine with vdub) and does open fine with vdubmod on my desktop. Am I missing a plugin/filter for vdub? Anyone have an idea where I should look to fix this?

  2. 32-bit vdub?

In order for 64-bit to work everything in the chain has to be 64-bit; most decoders, avisynth filters are still 32-bit (although there are some 64-bit versions)

Hmm. I am fairly certain that everything is 32-bit. Is there an easy way to check vdub to see if it is 32 or 64?
