    I would like to convert a music video in Premiere 6 (any video at all) using the DivX avi codec. Under VIDEO, that method of compression is an option, but not under Audio. I have to go with a PCM codec or other misc codec.

    DivX Audio IS a selectable option in VirtualDUB, but VD always crashes when I begin encoding.

    Help...?

    I suggest you either Re-install your DivX or get a newer version, or a diffrent version of your DivX codec.
