Streaming flv conversion to mpg

I have a file saved with replay media catcher. It is a streamed video - I recorded it live as it was happening. I am trying to convert it with Super but it stalls after a few bytes of conversion. Anybody know why this is happening?

Try other converters like WinFF and Xmedia Recode.

If it also fails post the details from the flv, open in mediainfo.

Movica says there are no keyframes and is unable to edit it.

Can you play it with VLC or any other player?

Nerovision is the only program that will let me seek through the video, but it won't play any sound. VLC closes when I try to seek but it will play it if I don't seek. Also VLC states the time is 53:00 when I play it from the begining.
