Not sure what you mean with n_VIDEO_TS.
The correct format for a DVD is:
VIDEO_TS\VIDEO_TS.IFO
VIDEO_TS\VIDEO_TS.BUP
VIDEO_TS\VIDEO_TS.VOB (optional: VMGM menus)
VIDEO_TS\VTS_01_0.IFO
VIDEO_TS\VTS_01_0.BUP
VIDEO_TS\VTS_01_0.VOB (optional: VTSM menus)
VIDEO_TS\VTS_01_1.VOB
...
Except where indicated, all files listed here are mandatory.
Use ImgBurn to burn the DVD. It will refuse to burn it if something is not correct.r0lZ - PgcEdit homepage Hosted by VideoHelp (Thanks Baldrick)

What is the VTS_01_2 format? Is it VOB video file? Can it be burned to the DVD directly?
-
VTS_O1_2.VOB is the second file of the title(s) present in the first titleset of the DVD. It doesn't make sense to burn it alone, as it is only a part of a title (since VTS_01_1.VOB is missing anyway), and no standalone player can process a VOB without a complete DVD-Video structure, with all needed IFO, BUP and VOB files. (However, most software players can handle them, with some limitations. Try to open the VOB in MPC, VLC or any other good player to examine its content.)
You MUST burn ALL files produced by the authoring program (see the example above), with a burn program that can understand the DVD-Video standard, as it will need to modify the IFO files before burning them. Do NOT try to remove or rename manually any DVD-Video file! Use ImgBurn to burn them. It will warn you if the format is not correct or if there are missing files.r0lZ - PgcEdit homepage Hosted by VideoHelp (Thanks Baldrick)

Thanks for the info. I do have VTS_01_1.VOB. That is the first movie converted. When converting the second movie with the SUPER, the extension automatically has been set to the VTS_01_2. I think it is due to the VTS_01_1 has been used for another movie. The Nero can locate and play the VTS_01_2 but is unable to locate the VTS_01_2 VOB as well as the VTS_01_1 to burn. I do not know why.
So, my questions are why the SUPER converts the .FLV movie to the VTS_01_2 (or VTS_01_1) format? I selected the output as the DVD Std. Compiliant (VOB) and saw the Output Video Codeo is MPEG-II. Why is the outcome not the standard DVD format such as Video Name_VIDEO_TS but VTS_01_1 or VTS_01_2? In addition, how to burn the VTS_01_1(or _2) VOB to the DVD or I have to convert it again? Can you explain it?Last edited by coody; 24th Mar 2010 at 13:48.

I can't help much more, as I don't use Super and Nero. IMO, it is abnormal to create a new VTS_01_2.VOB for a second movie. VTS_01_1.VOB and VTS_01_2.VOB are in fact two parts of the same "big file", and if there are two titles in the same VTS, the second title doesn't have to start at the beginning of VTS_01_2.VOB. It can start anywhere in VTS_01_1.VOB or VTS_01_2.VOB. The rule is that no VOB file can be equal or greater than 1 GB, hence the necessity to split the VOB in several parts (usually 4 or 5 parts for a single layer DVD), but there is no need to split the file when there are two titles in the titleset.
Anyway, if you don't have all the IFOs (including VIDEO_TS.IFO and VTS_01_0.IFO), the VOB files are totally useless.
Put some commercial DVDs in your drive and examine their contents. You will understand what I mean.
Try to convert the FLVs again with DVD Flick. It will creates a complete DVD, with all necessary files. And burn them with ImgBurn rather than Nero.r0lZ - PgcEdit homepage Hosted by VideoHelp (Thanks Baldrick)

The movie is long and has several parts, Part 1, Part 2 and so on. I used the Super to convert them into the DVD. The Part 1 is VTS_01_1.VOB; the Part 2 was automatically VTS_01_2.VOB. I believe the Part 3 will be VTS_01_3.VOB and so on. The Super cannot create the VIDEO_TS file but the VTS_01_1.VOB. I do not know why.
Since I have already tried the DVD flick first, I knew it is very slow. I converted a 60 minutes .FLV to DVD. It took overnight but still did not finish conversion. I have to abort it and then tried the Super. It just took about two hours. The DVD flick may be good for the short video such as on YouTube. The Super seems better than the DVD flick. But, I do not know why it cannot create standard DVD VIDEO_TS file. Fortunately, the Nero Vision accepts the VTS_01_2.VOB to burn the DVD. -
