    I just bought NERO 5.5, installed it and now I'm trying to burn a VCD. My operating system is Windows XP. The program gets stuck at 3% during the encoding stage. Unable to go further. I downloaded the DEMO previous to buying the software and it worked fine. Don't know what to do. Anyone with suggestions?

    Try download the latest version from their web site. You can then install it on top of the old version. Unless you already got the latest version then I don't know.
