  1. I bought a SAMSUNG-SH-B083L see here blu ray player recently, installed it and everything went smooth.
DVD/CD playback is just fine however i have received my first blu ray disc today in the mailbox and guess what, both Power DVD 8 & 9 won't work. I get the message "Unsupported disc format..."
WHat's odd is that i can see the blu ray disc content (Mission 2 Mars / UDF 2.50 / 21.4GB / folders: BDMV; AACS) when i browse it so...what the f*** ?

If someone is familiar with this pb that'd help a lot

  2. 1. If you are using XP then install UDF Reader.
    2. Update PowerDVD http://www.cyberlink.com/downloads/support/powerdvd/patches_en_US.html
    3. Install DVDFab Passkey or AnyDVD, they will strip any HDCP protections.
