    I downloaded Princess Diaries WS Proper Qix DVD-Rip with AC3 Audio, I cant change this to vcd for some reason the ac3 is being so annoying can someone plz help me out tell me how I can load it into tmpeng and change it to mpeg so I can watch on tv plz... :(

    Convert the AC3 file to a wav in order to load in tmpg. Use a program called AC3toWav.

    where can I download this, also is there any way of keeping the aspect ratio in nero when encoding in there?

    Also I would not use nero to encode as tmpg is far superior.
