Movie will look great on screen on my computer but seems almost like the picture has been blown up too much on TV screen and much quality lost.
Is there a way to correct this?It seems that if the picture were smaller it would not distort quite so much on TV screen, but afraid this will make the video non compliant as a VCD. Im using TMPGEnc for encoding and Nero to burn.

Try SVCD or XVCD with higher bitrate and resolution to increase quality. VCD can be a bit blury.
