  1. I am compiling a new dvd using dvdauthor, yet I am encountering a problem, where I try to play the iso on windows 7 -- it sais that it isn't the right regin.
Is there a switch inside the script that I should add? or is it just a bad compilation?
How do I solve that problem?

that would be strange. it shouldn't set a region. you could use dvdshrink on the iso and remove the region code if it's there.

  3. I checked with IFOedit the main video_ts.ifo file, and it seems region free...

  5. The issue is that I need to make that work on WMP.... Cause it was originally made for a car entertainment system. And the WMP is an indication whether it would work on that system as well...
Currently it doesn't work either on the WMP or the Car Entertainment system.

see if either mediainfo or gspot can open and display the info about your iso.

if so give, post the data.
