A have a lot of files in MPG2 format and was wandering how can I batch re encode them and normalize audio in every file?

    Thanks

  2. It might be possible to do that, but another possibility is to enable normalization in your audio decoder. For example, you can enable normalization in the Volume section of the configuration app for ffdshow's audio decoder.

IIRC, AVI DeMux has a batch mode and can be set to copy the video while processing the audio.

I wrote a script for that, but the demux/remux process often messed up the audio sync.
