Does anyone have any tips/tricks for demux/mux Youtube FLVs (which so far I have seen are H.264/AAC) into a container format for Apple devices?
I'm using downloading the HQ FLVs and demuxing them with FLVExtract into an AAC file and a 264 file. I've tried ffmpeg to combine them into a MP4 file which plays fine in VLC, but QT throws this error:
Error -2041: an invalid sample description was found in the movie (...)
Any ideas? Re-encoding is not my goal.
TIA

Try mp4box ( or with a gui like yamb, mymp4boxgui) or mp4muxer.
