Pegasys Inc. continues to add WTV input support to their TMPGEnc product line with the release of the latest free update for TMPGEnc Authoring Works 4. Revision 4.0.9.37 adds Windows Media Center WTV file input support so users can import their live TV recordings and turn them into a DVD, DivX Ultra, or Blu-ray Disc.
The program allows users to edit video footage with an easy-to-use cut-editor, create a custom menu and then output and burn the project to DVD or Blu-ray Disc. Smart Rendering technology won't re-encode video compliant with the output format.
This update is free for current users. New users can try the free trial version or purchase the product starting from US $59.95.
This update is currently for the English language version only though the German version will most likely be updated in the near future.
