Hello
I am willing to spend around 300 dollars on a good board that will bring in footage from a VHS source and then I can burn to DVD, ntsc,720X480. I can use TMPG to turn the footage to MPEG2 format. I do have a raptor board, but it only imports DV footage.
I looked at the Instant DVD, and they said they corrected the audio snyc problem, but I also looked at Canopus ADVC. Doesn't look to bad.
From what I read, every board has its problems right now, and audio snyc.
What would you all recommend, or to stay away from. Or suggest a new board to look at. Just want a worrysum trouble free , great quality, low price capture board.
Thanks
