Kind of have 2 issues here. In the past I would usually just use VobSub and place the .srt file in the same directory as my DivX file when I encode to get the subtitles hard-coded into the movie, but with TMPGEnc 3 I discovered I can actually add subtitle tracks. Problem is, when I do this, because I have VobSub, I get both hard-coded subtitles and the subtitle track. Is there a way to turn off the the hard-coded subtitles other than to remove the subtitle file from the directory with the .avi in it?
Also, TMPGEnc doesn't seem to give me the option of displaying the subtitle track in the "letterbox space" provided by the movie when I encode it to 16:9. Is there a way with the application to specify this?
Try StreamFab Downloader and download from Netflix, Amazon, Youtube! Or Try DVDFab and copy Blu-rays! or rip iTunes movies!
