Can I get an embedded flv to play both in firefox and internet explorer?

Hello,
Here is my second newbie question. I have an embedded flv file here:http://www.barnyardbirthdaydvd.com/aaa.html. I'm getting a "load fail" message in firefox(works ok in ie7). Is there anything I can do to get this to play on both browsers? Thank you for any suggestions. I appreciate your time and effort.

Yes, of course. What flash flv player are you using? They usually have code examples.

I use flow player(free) or jw player.
