Joining MKVs with Chapters, How?

I'm having this problem:

I have a list of MKV files :

01.Intro.mkv
02.Prob.mkv
03.Dusc.mkv
04.Resul.mkv
05.Concl.mkv
etc...

And I want to join them in a way to have one MKV file with chapters correponding to each individual file, using the filename.

Using MKVmerge I get one file with no chapters, unless I input chapters info manually.

Is there a way to get this automatically.
