When I click on the file to add the sub file at 'Textsub settings', It doesn't work.
It looks like this:
Can Someone please help? I'm sure it's a valid sub file.

Add the vobsub filter in virtualdub and open the sub. It's probably a sub/idx image subtitle file.

Show file extensions
In a folder, tools=>folder options=>view=>uncheckmark hide extensions for known file types
