I'm running OS 8.6 on an 8100/100AV & would like to use Toast 4 Deluxe to convert some home movies to VCDs to view on my DVD Player. Toast 4's manual says it can create VCDs. I can capture the video no problem with the AV port and save as a QuickTime Movie (I have QT4 Pro) and can edit with VideoShop.
Problem: How do I get it to an MPEG that Toast'll accept? Movie2MPEG crashes w/ a Type 3 error. Do I need to capture it as something else?
I can't use iMovie or iDVD (although iTunes works great w/ Fake OS 9). What do I need to do?
If necessary, I have a 7600/132 at work that I can leave chugging during the off hours, but I'd rather do it all on the 8100 where the actual CDR is.
