Need a little help on this one. My son's new Sony Video Walkman will only play back the simple MPEG4 (not h.264 as it seems it should)
I have several H.264 with AAC audio that I would like to down convert to MPEG4 so he can play it back. It seems like ripbot264 is the only encoding app that can pass through the AAC audio (and this not needing to encode the audio) but it seems that it can only encode in H.264.
Is there a command line that I can add to the profile that can set ffdshow used by ripbot264 to encode in MPEG4 and not h.264?
Or does anyone know another app that can take a H.264/AAC video file and reencode to MPEG4 and leave the audio as-is?
THX, JNT.

For the love of God, use hub/core labels on your Recordable Discs!

You can try xvid4psp and avidemux, set the audio part to copy.
And maybe also Xmedia Recode!Last edited by Baldrick; 18th Feb 2010 at 11:15.
