Conversion only takes seconds, and when I look, no converted files exist. Here is what the log says:

Seems that stream 0 comes from film source: 1000.00 (1000/1) -> 29.97 (30000/1001)

	You can demux it with FLVExtract (newer versions support h264/aac), then remux to mp4 with YAMB. 
 I usually don't remux, just process h264 in DGAVCIndex and import it into AviSynth. Decode aac to wav using GraphEdit (using some installed DirectShow decoder).
