Could someone help with my HD constraints / needs?

Just bought a 50" Panasonic plasma and I love it but there is one one thing about it that I really don't care for. It only has one RF connection and it tunes three different things(QAM, Cable, OTA). So unless I get something where I can connect them both at the same time, I would have to manually disconnect one and reconnect the other. Yuck! I could just buy an AB switch but I'm too lazy to get up from the couch and switch the thing back and forth from cable and antenna. So, I'm wondering what you guys know about what's out there that could aid me and my laziness.... Specifically speaking I'm looking to buy something so I can just flip back and forth from antenna to cable at will without getting up and to have everything controlled by one remote(if possible). I wouldn't mind spending a couple hundred dollars if I could beneifit from what I'm getting in multiple ways....

My own ideas.....

1) I don't have a DVR in the house and I hear they all come with external tuners, right?

2) Don't know if they make these but... Is there such a thing as a Home Theater reciever with a tv tuner?
