Very basic question here however the answer may not be simple
I have a basic Toshiba Satellite A135 S2276 and I am wanting to hook it up to my Samsung
LN32 A450 so as I can hook up a hard drive to the laptop and show movies and stuff on the tv and maybe just maybe stream the internet to the tv
Can I purchase an S video cable and an rca cable and accomplish this?

Yep as long as your tv has S-Video in, you will need an 3.5mm to RCA adapter for sound.
