  1. hi its great to be able to talk to all again, anyway heres the Q ive burnt a few vcds in my time but have encountered this prob and cant solve it , having encoded using TMPGEnc and burning with nero I get great picture Quality , but when the camera starts panning left or right Im getting a very jumpy type thing going on..........which is really quite annoying .....can you tell me if this is normal ,and if its not how to fix.......i encode at highest Q setting and it seems to be ,the better the picture Q the worse the judder.
    Eh!.......don't know why it's doing that, it worked perfectly well on my system !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  2. sounds like the field order is wrong with your interlaced encoding.
    try the other field order

  3. is there anyway to tell which field order to use before encoding and burning it .Thanx for the first answer by the way

  4. For US DV cameras (NTSC) select bottom field first, I'm not sure about PAL, but I think it's top field first.

    I have a utility that will swap fields without re-encoding. Pm me with your email if you want it.
