    If you have ripped the blu-ray already(or if it's a home burned blu-ray/avchd) you can try tsmuxer. Or MakeMKV to rip to mkv and strip out the audio from the mkv with mkvtoolnix. All those tools available for mac.

    Thanks for the feedback.

    No, I haven't ripped the disc yet either - I was just wondering if all this is possible before ordering an external blu-ray drive.

    Can I also rip DTS files?

    Yes, you can rip dts also.

    BUT if you want to be able to rip most blu-rays you need anydvdhd as MakeMKV does not work with all blu-rays. And AnyDVDHD is only available for windows...
