how to find index file for second movie on BluRay?

I directed a miniseries that aired as two "movie nights". The BluRay has come out and I'm ripping demo clips. The index.bdmv file gives me access to edit clips from the first movie. But I cannot seem to access the second movie. Any advice? Thanks.
