New (?) files extensions

I have some files with extensions DJVU and RELATI.
How can I read theses files? I searched the Web but I didn't manage any programs to do that.
Please help me.

Did you look in Portuguese? There is a lot of information about DJVU in English. Here is an explanation:

I don't know what RELATI is.

I thank you your information but I didn't manage " to extract " the normal file.
I ask you and anyone to help me, step by step, to succeed in reading those DJVU files.

Download the appropriate reader from this page : http://djvu.org/resources/ and you should be able to see them. It is really just a competitor to the pdf format that never really took off.
