    I recently acquired a bunch of video files in .ogm format. Each .ogm file has has a .idx file and a .sub file. Is there anyway to combine each .sub and .idx file with it's respective .ogm file, I only have one file for each video instead of three? I'd prefer to combine these files into an .mkv file, but I don't know how to. Any suggestions?
