    Hi all

    I have just purchased the Matsui m19dvdb19. I was trying to watch movies (created on my digital camera) that are stored on my External Hard Drive. All film clips played really well but the sound was missing. Any suggestions?

    It maybe doesn't support the audio codec in just those files?

    So please give more information about your video files, if you don't know then use mediainfo and open the file, change to view->text and copy and paste all information here.

    Thanks for the response. Onscreen, the extension is .AVI.... does that help?
