I have a Magnavox VCR/DVD player that I just bought. Model Number: DV220MW9. I've searched and searched, and cannot find a code. I looked up the code for my old DVD player, and there are about several, and I really don't want to use two DVD players to watch my Region 2 DVDs.
Is there any advice that I can get from the experts to try and make a code myself? I know there are probably several combinations of numbers or button mashing(lol?),but either way...I would just like some help on this.

    Thanks in advanced! ^^

Return it....then return home and do some research on this here internet and find
a DVD player than CAN be hacked.....since not all players can be hacked. And while you
are searching....make sure the DVD player can also convert PAL format to NTSC format.

Most DVD players sold in North America CANNOT be hacked. Most combo players (ie. TV/DVD, DVD/VCR, etc.) CANNOT be hacked.

Hollywood has put a lot of pressure on manufacturers to stop producing players that can be hacked. This is why you found a code for an older player but cannot find one for the newer player. Plus, combo players have always been almost impossible to hack, even back when many manufacturers were producing DVD only players that could be hacked.
