  1. Hopefully, somebody out there can help me. I've been converting Quicktime files to MPEG NTSCfilm,(for easy transfer to VCD, then knockdown to PAL VHS with minimal loss for easy transfer for those of us who don't get to see half of the damn trailers available at the cinema!!!), with TMPEGEnc(h) fine enough for now, but, if I install Quicktime 5, it comes up with an illegal bitrate warning and aborts the conversion.
    Can anybody assist me atall?
Any help would be much appreciated.
    Thanks,
    Mr M

Oh yeah, another quickie, why does it seem impossible to convert certain Quicktime files to anything atall. All you get is a black screen with no sound?! Any ideas?! Thanks!

  2. 1) try Radtools
    2) some Quicktime mov. are encoded to prevent conversion
