As it says in the topic, which settings should I use to get the best quality, and what kind of sequence should I use when importing the media/videoshots into Adobe Premiere?

Obviously which recording settings I should use depends on the environment, so lets assume I'm filming indoors with good/ok lights.

All help is very much appreciated.

    Thanks!

Get a steadycam and a fluid head tripod

    Use Neoscene

What I do not understand is how and where I can check what settings I am using (so it can match my sequence in Adobe Premiere). Resolution, if it's anamorphic (or whatever it is called) or not etc,.

Okey, thx. But why would I need Neoscene? I haven't had any problems editing AVCHD in Adobe Premiere at all.
