Here's my dilemma:
I created a wedding disc for a friend using Nero Vision (it's actually very decent for disc creation). I gave up on Adobe Encore CS4 cause it kept giving me errors that no one online had solutions for (as in others had the same issue).
The problem is that I created the project using the AVCHD option. Now that it's all done, discs are created, etc. I can't convert or re-output in DVD format. I've done this with Encore in the past with another wedding disc I created. Some members of the families just don't have Blu-ray players.
So I'm hoping that I can rip the AVCHD discs that I've already created (menus and all) to a standard DVD that will play in any DVD player. Otherwise I have to rebuild the whole disc under the DVD option.
Does anyone know how I can do this? From what I can tell all the tutorials are about ripping Blu-rays to AVCHD or single files.
Thanks.

You wont find any tool that converts everything(menus and all) to a standard dvd. You have to manually reauthor it.

See if you can start a new project with dvd menus and insert the video from the avchd disc. That may save you from having to rebuild everything.
