    I am pretty good with converting/encoding but one thing that has always troubled me is when the source has a video delay. I am trying to is re-encode the video detailed below from 1280x720 to 624x352 in a different format, preferably XviD. I am not very good with virtualdub and use easier programs like Super C, Xilisoft and Handbrake for when I do mkv files. If anyone can help me with this it would be greatly appreciated.

    does anybody know if any a pervious version that will work with microsoft framework version 3.0 or older??

    unfortunately my server that i use for encoding does not support 3.5
