as funny as this video may be, part of me can't help but wish i could afford an ipad, even though the name makes me think of a feminine hygiene product, it does look pretty cool.

i also like that apple developed their own cpu, i wonder if that's a sign that they may be dumping intel at some point in the future and going with their own chip.

Been there, done that. They co-developed the PowerPC chip for the older Macs, but found it wasn't as scalable as what Intel was doing, and for 3-4% of the market, a very costly exercise. If there are looking at keeping it for toys then it might be viable.
