How do I rotate .mov image

Can't you just rotate the JPEG images before making them into a .mov?

If not:

1. Use QuickTime Pro (on PC) to convert the .mov to an AVI.
2. Use Virtualdub's rotate filter to rotate parts of the AVI 90 degrees.
