I'm brand new to corel well to editing also for that fact. I would like my video to start after my title screen. I can't seem to move the video down the time line for that to happen. Corel said to put an over lay in front and yep that works but there uglyyyyyyy and I just want a black backround well or color and the title and such.
Can anyone give me a clue how to do this..
Thanks Evan

did a search and found this answer for anyone thats interested.
- Go to the Library, which shows Video by default. Click the drop-down menu, and look for Color, and select it. You should now see the color blocks.
- Drag the color of your choosing to the very front. This is easier to do when your in Storyboard mode. If you already have several clips, with overlays, titles, ect.., make sure you enable Ripple Editing to keep them in sync with the Main Video Track.
- The color blocks are just like images (photos), where you can adjust the duration to your needs. Once that is done, add your Title
