How to get VOB2MPGPRO after buying it.

Hi,
I bought VOB2MPGPRO and not yet received the download instructions. The paypay transction is the following: 29 jan 2010 23:05:59 CET Numéro de transaction : 6TU469386S926360J

I also check my SPAM and nothing in it.

I receive the instructions donwload, it takes about 4 hours to arrive to my email server.

Perhaps some connection problems between my mail email server (www.pair.com) and svcd2dvd email problem.
