Can a 125watts CPU be placed on a 140watts MotherBoard ?

Yes it will, the 140w is the max the board will allow.
The lower the watts the cooler the cpu runs...hopefully..Last edited by thesuarus1; 29th Jan 2010 at 13:49. Reason: update
