  1. In the last couple of months I had lots of issues with blue screen error and also sudden freeze. I use Windows7, 32 bit.

Yesterday I checked the memory, using memtest, and here is the result for both memory sticks:

Yesterday when Ii was checking the memory, I ran the test first with one stick, then I inserted the other one, tried to start memtest but the pc didn't start and started to smell like melted plastic. I stooped the pc immediately and the ram that I was testing was extremely hot and the small etiquette was a bit melted.
Now the place where the RAM used to be doesn't recognize the memory anymore.

Do you think that the blue screen is coming from a faulty motherboard?

Please I really need some advice because I am a bit desperate with this because it's been on for many months now and I want to try to solve the issue.

The last time that was happening to me I replaced the MOBO and it solved it. Try setting the BIOS back to default and if you PC has been over clocked undo it, in many cases this can cause overheating, likewise check your CPU fan and make sure it is functioning properly. While it's not recognising the ram may be annoying it is not always the last straw. Btw are you remaining grounded while exploring inside your PC?

  3. 10 minutes ago I got again a blue screen: IRQL not less or equal
I am starting to think that it's from the motherboard...

Not remaing grounded while exploring one's PC usually starts a slow domino effect where small amounts of static trigger failure of the board.

  5. So do you think that my motherboard is faulty?

  6. 10 minutes ago I got another one, PFN List Corrupt
I scanned C and D drive, and I got no error, so at least the HDD is good.

You can try repairing the OS start ->sfc /scannow, I am leaning twords the MOBO based on your earlier description of the problems such as failing to detect ram and such.

This is so stupid, I upgraded the system couple of months ago and I was expecting the pc to work better but since then I had problems...
Even with the video card, when I play a video from pc and watch it on the tv, I always get that annoying tearing on the tv, and I don't know how to get rid of that...

At this point, find an independent computer repair shop and bring it in. The problems you have cannot be solved over the internet, someone must inspect the unit directly. Do not take it to Best Buy or one of the box stores, those stores hire trained chimps. The only thing they know how to do is reformat a hard drive to "fix" all problems. Your problem could be anything from toasted memory sticks to a failed power supply to a fried mainboard.

Would a fried motherboard or a failed power supply make the pc still working? Because the pc is still working, I am typing from it...
I always thought that when something is fried inside the pc, it will never start...but I am not a pro with pc's.

If only one thing such a diode is failing, or one popped capicator, a memory stick with a dying bit would only reveal intermittent issues that would only be noticible when the programs called for those resouces to be used.
