    I'm looking for a video editor that can add special effects like speeding up, slowing down, panning, and zooming on video.

    What are some of my choices? Which ones seem easy to use? Which ones are most stable? (Video Edit Magic seems to crash on almost every attempt)

    There are things I like about Corel VideoStudio 12, but I wish I could shrink the windows down to something smaller than full screen.
