    It seems to be okey now. It looks like it was a corrupt database table that caused a very high server load.

    First I got the message "too many connections sql.... blah blah...." repeated many times over the sites normal front page display then when I refreshed I got a black page with the message
    IPS Driver error. There appears to be an error with the database
    It's fine now.
    There's not much to do but then I can't do much anyway.
