Hi, I am using my Hauppauge HD-PVR to capture my PC gaming for the first time.

My Hauppauge HD-PVR auto detects the Input Resolution as 1920 x 1080.
    But the highest resolution I can get in-game is 1600 x 900 ... so I want to capture at 1280 x 720 instead.
There doesn't seem to be an option to change the Input Resolution to 1280 x 720.

What can I do so my HD PVR captures the PC at 720p?

    Thanks.

You need to output 1280x720p analog component from your PC display card.

My computer 1920X1080, but my Hauppage input says 720x480. How did you get your PVR to record at 720? Right now it's at 480 and i cant seem to fix it.

    Thanks

Are you using composite or s-video cables? That's all those can carry. You must use component video cables to capture HD.
