Hi,

I have some .TS files and everytime I convert a file, for the first 3 seconds or so it stutters then it plays fine. Has anyone else experienced this problem and know how to approach it? It's really annoying because the video begins with a transition and it goes really really slow.

EDIT: I had to set the framerate for same as source and it worked fine. Weird though because I set it to 29.97fps which is what my country uses, maybe the video wasn't captured at that framerate (used hauppauge hd-pvr)?
