I tried uploading a 720p video to YouTube; it's length is 0:12:53. I know there's a 10 minute max, but I figured if I set my account to a Director type I'd be able to successfully upload it, that wasn't the case. I guess only Directors accounts back in about 2006 that had to go through an application/approval process were/can still upload videos longer than 10 minutes.

I've tried other sites, and even though they didn't have a video length maximum limit, they had a file size limit. My 720p video is 555MB in size.

The video splitter I tried is Boilsoft Video Splitter. The program crashes on me, it's either 'cause the filesize is too big or the video resolution is too large (1280x720).

What's a good MP4 video splitter that WILL NOT re-encode the video?

Try this version of Yamb. Just unzip and run yamb.exe

    yamb-1.6.zip

Thanks Scoopafresh, it worked. I downloaded the beta version. I just have to perfect the splitting into the correct amount of separate files.
