    Have some old family videos in MP4 format. I'd like to create a snazzy-looking DVD that I can give to my family. I'd like great looking menus to really impress them. I don't mind spending a few bucks on a quality program.

    ConvertX has some quite professional-looking menu templates built in, but if you want to create the menu yourself then DVD-Lab or DVD-Lab Pro have good press. Full list of DVD Authoring tools here.
