Hello,
I have over a 1000 music videos ripped into my Iomega Screenplay hard drive as VOB files. It takes forever to scroll down to select video that I wanted to watch. Is there away to create VIDEO_TS IFO or video play back menu on to my hard drive instead of the DVD? All the programs out there only do it to the DVD disc.
thanks

You can create a DVD structure that sits on your HDD, however it would mean authoring these disparate VOBs first. To do this would mean making sure everything conforms to the DVD spec, including not mic PAL and NTSC material, not putting 4:3 and 16:9 material in the same titleset, not mixing audio formats in the same titleset etc. probably time consuming.
You might better putting something like XBMC or another media library tool on your PC instead, and letting it keep track of your disparate files.Read my blog here.
